The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 384 of 2015 registered under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)(a), 26/35 (A) of the Arms Act.
The police on receiving the secret information about gathering of miscreants in Mungalal Tola for preparation to commit Dacoity reached there, where Pintu Kumar, Santosh Kumar, Navin Kumar, Rajbir Kumar and Basant Kumar were apprehended, who disclosed the name of this petitioner. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Supaul P.S.
