JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S.Case No.275 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 302, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has clean antecedent. In this case, there is specific allegation of firing against this petitioner. The informant claims that she has seen the petitioner who shot at the deceased. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
