2. This application has been filed for seeking following reliefs:

"i) To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the confessional statement of the Petitioner/ informant taken in Salimpur PS case no 7/25 lodged u/ss103(1)/3(5) BNS and 27 of the Arms Act by respondent no-8, Ranjeet Kumar, under deep pressure laying by beating

WJC No.667 of 2025(2) dt.19-06-2025 2/3 him brutally and forcefully taking thumb impression of his mother Lalita Devi over the said statement to save the skin of the main culprit the private respondent no-9 Gaurav Yadav coming in his collusion and the case is pending in the court of ACJM-I, Barh.

ii) To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to make the private respondent no-9 Gaurav Yadav the main accused in Salimpur PS case no-7/25 on the basis of deep and honest investigation.

iii. Respondents concerned be directed to look into the petitioner's grievances regarding making him accused creating false confessional statement for saving the skin of the real culprit the private respondent no-9 Gaurav Yadav coming in his collusion.

iv. The Respondents' act of making the petitioner/informant an accused on under pressure confessional statement of the petitioner for saving the skin of the main culprit the private respondent no-9 coming in his collusion be declared as highly arbitrary, illegal and an act played as a dirty gimmick only to defeat the genuine and legal right of the petitioner.

v. Erring respondents be sternly dealt with for their misdeed, misdemeanour and defying act done on extraneous consideration."

3. The contention of the petitioner is that he has been made accused in this case, though he is the informant.

4. This Court will not interfere in the case when the informant has himself been made accused in a case.
