JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 213 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 504, 354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case falsely due to enmity on account of admitted land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. Moreover, the injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period
