2. Lastly, prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 28.6.2024.

3. In paragraph 16 of the bail petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all witnesses have already been examined and thereafter a private advocate from informant side filed an application under section 311 of the Cr.P.C. to recall Investigation Officer of the case for further examination but his his prayer was rejected by the Court below and presently that order has been challenged before this Court.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.7.2020 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future.

5. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the progress of the trial, let the petitioner as named above be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge I, Patna City, Patna in Sessions Trial No. 203/2020 (Bypass Police Station Case No. 220/2020).
