=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-04-2016 Petitioner is asking for a corrected certificate of Intermediate as she is facing an enquiry by the Vigilance with regard to the authenticity as well as the correctness of her Intermediate marksheet. There are corroborative evidence contained in Annexure-10 or Annexure-17 as well as certification by the Principal of the college in question that the petitioner was a student enrolled with the college in question for the year 1990-92 and her Roll Number was 10056 and she had passed the examination in First Division.
Patna High Court CWJC No.16650 of 2015 dt.22-04-2016 2 / 2 However, there is some confusion created because against the Roll Number of the petitioner, name of one Anwar Ali Shahi has been reflected.
From the tabulation register, which is Annexure-17, name of Anwar Ali Shahi does appear at Roll Number 10005 and he had passed with the Second Division. Name of the petitioner figures with Roll Number 10056 and she has been shown to have passed with the First Division.
Obviously, there is some confusion being created at the level of the Examination Board for reasons best known to them, therefore, the Court directs the Secretary of the Examination Board to re-verify the position, have a look at Annexure-10 and Annexure-17 and do the needful within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order.
Writ application stands disposed of with the above direction.
