2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in the present case registered for offences under Sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. From the statement of the complainant on oath it appears that it is a civil dispute which has been given a color of criminal case. The petitioner is said to have taken loan from the complainant and has not repaid the loan even after mediation.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C., Chapra at Saran/concerned court below in connection with Complaint Case No. 617 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
