2. The present application has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 21.06.2016 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in Sessions Trial No.242 of 2016 arising out of Gaighat P.S. Case No.218 of 2015 under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From perusal of the record as also from submission advanced by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that the charge has already been framed in this case and the matter is at the stage of examination of prosecution witnesses.

4. Considering the fact regarding changed status of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34597 of 2016(7) dt.19-02-2024 2/2 proceedings before the trial court, the present quashing petition stands dismissed.
