====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 21-12-2020 The matter has come on the Board for correction of typographical error which has occurred on page 3 of the order dated 07.10.2020 passed in this case.

It appears that while recording that the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing the bail bonds to the satisfaction of the court, inadvertently the description of the court has been recorded as "learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special Judge, Excise Act, Samastipur in connection with Excise Case No. 73 of 2020."

This is an error apparent on the face of the record and a typographical error by the Secretary who has recorded the order. The correct description of the court would be "the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23566 of 2020(3) dt.21-12-2020 2/2 Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019 dated 24.12.2019 registered under Sections 341/504/506/323 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Let the order dated 07.10.2020 be read accordingly. The period required for furnishing the bail bonds will be counted from today. Rest of the order shall remain the same.
