The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 740 of 2013 instituted for the offence under Sections 144, 427, 447, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 (i) (x) of SC/ST Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation against them. The other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 6527 of 2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31578 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. no. 740 of 2013, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Distt. Madhubani, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
