A grocery shopkeeper was murdered after hurling bomb as well as causing fire-arm injury whereupon, FIR has been registered against unknown.

It has been submitted at the end of the petitioner that his name cropped up on an inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement of a co-accused. It has also been submitted that other co-accused have already been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 7923/2019 and 11819/2019. So, petitioner should also be released on bail.

On the other hand, learned APP opposed the same. From the case diary, it is evident that during course of inspection of the place of occurrence, a purse was found and after opening the same, a voter identity card, a driving license in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22948 of 2019(5) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 the name of petitioner, apart from other items as per seizure list were seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner did not succeed in explaining those things.
