2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to make payment of bill in respect of the petitioner's vehicle hire to the personnel department of Samastipur Division in terms of contract dated 05.12.2013 entered into between the parties.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents states with reference to Annexure-C series of the counter affidavit filed today that the payment bill for the period 01.01.2014 to 03.04.2014 has been prepared but is awaiting the petitioner's signature before the same are sent to the Accounts

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection with regard to the amount for which payment bill is said to have been prepared by the respondents as aforesaid for settlement of the petitioner's dues, and submits that the petitioner would be approaching the concerned authority for making the requisite signatures on the payment bills. It is expected that the respondents, after obtaining signatures of the petitioner, would proceed in the matter without undue delay.

5. The writ petition stands disposed.
