JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 18-04-2017 Heard Mr. Amish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. J.N. Thakur, learned counsel for the State. The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 28.04.2016 passed by learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri (Sitamarhi) in Pupri P.S. Case No. 10 of 2014, whereby processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that the petitioner's application for discharge is pending. In view of the present stage of the case, this application is disposed of.
