JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2016 While the petitioner was posted as the Circle Officer, Kochadhaman Block-cum-Circle within the district of Kishanganj, he was departmentally proceeded for certain act of omission and commission vide charge memo dated 24.10.2014. Later on he was put under suspension vide order, dated 21.2.2015. The petitioner protested against the order of suspension and seeks revocation of suspension and final disposal of the departmental proceedings. This writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conclude the departmental proceedings preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The authority would also consider the petitioner's representation for revocation of his suspension.
