The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No.45 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act. 3.

The petitioner is said to have fired at the victim which scraped through and one injury was found on the body of the victim which is of 1 cm. x 1 cm. 4.

The petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2023 having clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, which is from 29.08.2023 and also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S.
