JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. (i) For necessary direction upon the respondent authorities to include the petitioner in the Economically Weaker Section category for selection to the post of Amin pursuant to advertisement no.
02/2019 in terms of clause-8 of notification no. 801 dated 25-052019, conduct his counseling and appoint him on the post of Amin against the said advertisement.
Patna High Court CWJC No.11043 of 2021(2) dt.10-11-2023 2/2 (ii) For necessary direction upon the respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner as Amin in the EWS category pursuant to advertisement no. 02/2019 as many persons having lesser point than the petitioner have been appointed."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
