The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to provide the entire amount of loan in terms of working capital (cash credit) as well as the term loan as sanctioned Rs. 5,00,000/- (five lakh) and only partly paid to the extent of Rs. 1,86,035/- for capital expenditure and Rs. 80,000/- by way of working capital,

3. Having regard to the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Branch Manager (Respondent No. 10). If any such representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law and after grant of opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. It is expected that in case any further amount of the sanctioned loan is found remaining to be disbursed to the petitioner, the same shall be done without undue delay.
