JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 12.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54798 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioner is that he called upon the son of informant and the informant heard the sound of firing and found his son dead.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 18.05.2018 and there is no substantive progress in trial.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the allegation, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, however, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for
