The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Biharsharif P.S. Case No.35 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 419 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner was caught red handed while committing ATM fraud. He is in custody 14.01.2024. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest.

The Superintendent of Police, Nalanda will see to it that the trial of all the accused, who have been found involved in this case, is conducted at the earliest.
