2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner and coaccused Munni Lal assaulted on the head of informant by means of iron rod.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Doctor has found simple injury.

5. Considering the nature of injury caused by the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing
