2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioners appear to have acted contrary to the agreement in letting out the concerned premises to one Ahlad Mahto who has replied to the show cause notice instead of the petitioner to whom the same had been issued.

3. Be that as it may, in view of non-appearance of the petitioners to press the writ petition, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
