The petitioner is in custody in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 184 of 2021 under sections 8/20 (b) (ii)/21(c)/22(C)/23(C) of N.D.P.S. Act.

As per the allegation in the FIR, on 26.10.2021, during night patrolling, upon confidential information that the 'Ganja' is coming from Nepal to India, they intercepted the Auto and it is alleged that two persons sitting in it tried to escape but were apprehended and after search of the box at the roof of the Auto altogether 155 kgs. of 'Ganja' was recovered/seized from the two accused persons including the petitioner herein. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25441 of 2022(3) dt.17-08-2022 2/2 driver of the vehicle was arrested.

Considering the quantity of seizure of the 'Ganja', this Court for the present is not inclined to grant him relief and the bail application is accordingly rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U T
