2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 354, 452, 323 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with a rod causing simple injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute between the parties. During investigation, it has come that there is dispute between the parties with regard to partition of ancestral land. The petitioner is in custody since 03.03.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Munger/ concerned Court in connection with Kharagpur P.S.
