The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rail Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 5 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in train dacoity. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody nearly three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner Let, the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail
