The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no.1 is father-in-law and petitioner no.2 is brother-in-law of the victim. The marriage was solemnized in 2011 and victim has committed suicide by consuming poison on 13.5.2017. There is no occasion for father-in-law and brother-in-law to intervene in the matter of wife and husband for demanding motorcycle.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40680 of 2017 (2) dt.21-09-2017 petitioners, namely, Suresh Yadav and Mithu Yadav, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Moffasil P.S.
