The petitioner apprehend arrest in Kotwali (Josgar) P.S. Case No. 845 of 2017, G.R. No. 6123 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 420,467,409,468,471,120-B of the IPC.

It is alleged in the written report that FIR has been lodged on the basis of order passed by a coordinate Bench of this court in a public interest litigation about irregularities in appointment of school teachers and the inquiry further revealed that some teacher had been appointed on fake certificates and have withdrawn salary.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6326 of 2018(3) dt.27-02-2018 2/3 petitioner that at running page 26 of this petition, certificate issued from Central Board of Secondary Examination, Delhi, show that this petitioner has qualified the Bihar Elementary Teacher Eligibility Test.

In such circumstances, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kotwali (Josgar) P.S. Case No. 845 of 2017, G.R. No. 6123 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, subject to condition as laid down u/S 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
