2. Learned counsel for the Respondent Life Insurance Corporation submits that the Respondent No. 5 being the wife of the deceased was made nominee in the life insurance policy but, however, there is a criminal case pending, the result of which would have a direct bearing in the matter.

3. Be that as it may, in view of non-representation on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
