Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter relates to infructed voter list in respect of the election to the Sahraiya Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society, in the district of Jehanabad. It is submitted that the election to the society has already taken place in the year 2014 rendering the matter infructuous and is disposed of accordingly. Should any such occasion arise for the petitioner in the next election, he would be at liberty to raise his grievance before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
