====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail Police Station Case No.251 of 2018 registered under Sections 401/414 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on hearing the noise of the thief-thief in the mob, the informant along with other police officials caught hold one person in fleeing condition, who disclosed his name as Chandan Kumar (petitioner) and on search, one mobile phone and cash Rs.120/- were recovered from his possession.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2018 and,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23356 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 on investigation, the police has already submitted the chargesheet against the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sonpur at Chhapra, in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail Police Station Case No.251 of 2018.
