2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dinara P. S. Case No. 50 of 2025, dated 09-02-2025 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 118(1), 118(2), 109, 351(2), 352, and 132 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case, in short, is that on 09.02.2025 at 4:10 P.M., when ASI Amit Kumar of Dinara Police Station, along with other police personnel, reached the Radha Krishna Temple, he found that a firing and altercation had taken place between two parties, in which one person sustained a firearm injury to his leg. The names of the accused persons came to light through information given by the village

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the First Information Report ( for short 'FIR') has been lodged against ten named accused persons, including the petitioner, as well as 5-6 unknown persons. It is submitted that no specific allegation has been made against the petitioner; rather, the accusation is general and omnibus in nature. No incriminating articles have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner, who has no criminal antecedents, has been in judicial custody since 10.02.2025. It is also submitted that the charge sheet has already been filed in this case.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P. S. Case No. 50 of 2025.
