The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(10b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extent the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Bhatha P.S.
