The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 86 of 2017 under Sections 295A, 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are of course named in the first information report, but, no specific allegation is made against them. Similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Safdar Khan and Sonu Pandey, have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30117 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. No. 32975 of 2017 and the case of the petitioners stands on similar footing. It is, further, submitted that on the same and similar allegation Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 87 of 2017 is also registered. Considering the facts, aforesaid, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees
