After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant Shri Ajay Kr. Thakur prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application to raise all the ground at an appropriate stage. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered by the trial Court in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Kanchan Kumar Vs. The State of Bihar reported in 2022 9 SCC 577 and speaking order shall be passed by the Court below in accordance with law.
