However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Government of Bihar, Patna, who shall examine the claim of the petitioner with regard to Group Insurance, General Provident Fund and other admissible dues and pass appropriate order within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order and ensure payment of all legitimate dues, if found admissible, within the aforesaid period.
