ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Sono P.S. Case No. 110 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 448 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the present case 16 persons have been named as accused persons and there is general and omnibus allegation against them. It is further submitted that under similar circumstances this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 21110/2016 vide order dated 30.06.2016 has extended the privilege of anticipatory bail to two of the accused out of the said
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31294 of 2016 (3) dt.29-08-2016 2/2 16, The petitioners being similarly situated may also be given the said benefit.
Having considered the nature of the allegations made against the petitioners, let the petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 110/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J.) Rakhi U T
