The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Tajpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 324, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per written report there is specific allegation against the petitioner along with co-accused Birender Singh of causing knife injury to the younger brother of the informant on his neck and he died in the hospital.

The injury report is available in the case diary wherein
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33286 of 2017 (4) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 the Doctor has found total seven injuries on the person of the deceased caused by sharp penetrating substance. It has further been submitted that charge sheet has also been submitted against the petitioner and other co-accused persons showing them absconder. As such, this petitioner has been absconding during investigation and charge sheet has been submitted showing him absconder.
Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
Petitioner may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail.
