This application is for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Goraul P.S.Case No.402 of 2018 dated 25.12.2018 for the offences under Sections 30(A), 32 of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act..

Allegation is about recovery of 06 ltrs. of liquor from the hut.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the hut does not belong tot he petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P., who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there is prima facie allegation against him.
