After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would challenge the main order of the authority by which certain amount has been adjusted form his post retiral benefits. He prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ application to file an appropriate application challenging the said adjustment. He further prays that the grievance made in the present writ petition for setting aside the penal interest be also permitted to be raised by him in the writ petition which he proposes to file, as it is a consequence of

Patna High Court CWJC No.16946 of 2015 dt.20-08-2016 2/2 the original order of adjustment.

Learned counsel for the State does not oppose. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
