In terms of the order dated 29.11.2021, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas at Sasaram and from perusal of the same it would manifest that the F.S.L. report was received certifying that the alleged seized material was ganja.

Considering the fact that the recovery was of 852.96 kg of ganja which is a commercial quantity, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is thus refused. Let the counter affidavit be kept on record.
