JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-05-2016 In the present application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 05.09.2013 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in Complaint Case No. 143 of 2013, Trial No. 736 of 2013 whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points at the stage of framing of charge. Leave is granted.
