In this case, petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kishunpur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2016 registered for offence under section 409 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that the petitioners have not submitted the entire (100%) documents.

As per the claim of the petitioners, at the relevant time, they were not posted there and as such, question of handing over the entire documents does not arise, their predecessor is held responsible for that.

Case No. 76 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
