Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 907 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4, 6 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2023 and he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned POCSO Special Judge, Gopalganj/concerned Court below in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 907 of 2022.
