The petitioner is in custody in connection with Agiaon (Garhani) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019, corresponding to Excise Case No.449 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the instant case total 30 liters Mahua liquor was seized.
