2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 148 of 2022 lodged on 04.04.2022, for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against six named accused persons including the present petitioner. It has been alleged in the FIR that accused Khushi Kumari made a call to the informant regarding vacancies of Data Entry Operator in G.R.P.G Company. Thereafter, the informant went to the office of the said company and met the accused persons. Then,

No.23007 of 2025(3) dt.02-07-2025 2/3 the informant was taken for an interview where he met coaccused Prem Kumar, who asked him to purchase one External SSD of 1 TB capacity, whereafter the informant purchased the said articles and then again visited the office of the said company, where he once again met said co-accused Prem Kumar, who took the aforesaid articles and gave the informant appointment letter and told him to visit the office next day. When informant visited the office next day, no body was present there. It is further alleged that 250 hard disc drives have been swindled by said accused Prem Kumar to the tune of Rs. 25 Lacs.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel submits that petitioner is a lady aged about 22 years and working in the alleged company as clerk and she was forced to do private job for livelyhood and to fulfill her family needs. Counsel submits that petitioner is not in the management and she was simply a clerk. Counsel submits that other named accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 18.05.2023 & 02.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 6021 of 2023 & 39850 of 2023 respectively. Counsel further submits that the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23007 of 2025(3) dt.02-07-2025 3/3 has no criminal antecedent and she is ready to fulfill all the conditions whatsoever shall be imposed upon her.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner but submits that two similarly situated accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in this case.
6. As such, in the present facts and circumstances of this case, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1)(d) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Patna, in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 148 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
