JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2019 It is evident from the pleadings on record that the land, in question, was acquired for construction of N.H.-57 in 2006 itself. The petitioner acknowledges that a notice was sent to him in 2006 itself, asking him to come along with the relevant records for payment of compensation. It is his case that he has not been paid his compensation, though he had deposited the documents in the office of the District Land Acquisition Officer, Madhubani, in response to the said notice. The pleadings in the writ application are completely vague. There is no explanation why the petitioner is approaching this Court 13 years after issuance of notice for receiving the amount of compensation in 2006.

Considering the insufficiency of the pleading and
