This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 141 of 2015 dated 30.08.2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 379, 411 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4/44 of the Mining Act [Mines and Mineral (Development and Regulation) Act] and Sections 33, 41, 42, 51 & 52 of the Indian Forest Act.
