The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that after long lapse of time the victim failed to conceive a child and for that she was being teased by the family members and from the people of the locality and on that account she committed suicide from running train. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Champa Devi, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with
