The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 273/14 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that none of the documents as mentioned by the informant is forged rather, the informant was well aware of those documents at the relevant time itself and the informant initially filed a complaint which has been referred under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53478 of 2015 (2) dt.07-12-2015 2 / 2 investigation only for pressurizing the newly elected persons and their supporters to advance his claim of being General Secretary on the basis of an illegal notification dated 5th April, 2013. Regard being had to the nature of allegation, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 273 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
