This petition is filed on behalf of the petitioner for restoration of CWJC No. 15472 of 2010 which was dismissed for non prosecution on 9.9.2014.

Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the conducting lawyer was ill and he had entrusted to his collogue to take adjournment but, unfortunately, the colleague of conducting lawyer could not appear before the Court resulting dismissal of the above stated CWJC No. 15472 of 2010 on 9.9.2014. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this petition is allowed and, accordingly, CWJC No. 15472 of 2010 stands restored to its original file and number.
