====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 Heard Sri Awadh Bihari Ojha, learned counsel who was assisted by Sri Bharat Bhushan, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AC to AAG No. 10.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of willful disobedience to an order dated 26.2.2015 passed in CWJC No. 14146 of 2007 whereby the writ petition was disposed of with observation that the respondents may consider the case on merit.

Patna High Court MJC No.40 of 2016 (2) dt.09-03-2016 2/2 In this case show cause has been filed and along with the show cause the opposite party no. 2 has brought on record an order dated 28.4.2015 passed by the Principal Secretary of the General Administration Department whereby in compliance with the order of the writ court decision has already been taken and claim of the petitioner was rejected.

In view of the fact that in compliance with the order of the writ court order has already been passed there is no need to pass any positive order in the present case.

The petition stands disposed of.
